Who turns up is me. DucoWorks is one person — I do every car myself, seven days, from Innisfail out to Cairns one way and Tully the other. Over a hundred of them so far this year.

The Standard
Precision
Panels are taped before a machine touches them and the work is done in sections, not all at once. The result is checked under a light hard enough to show what daylight hides.
Finish
The surface is the product. A car leaves when the finish is right, not when the time slot ends. Working alone is the reason that is possible.
Preserve
Protection that outlasts collection day. Every coating comes with the wash routine that keeps it rated, because the maintenance is half the result.

Questions
Do you come to me?
For detailing, yes — DucoWorks is mobile across the Cassowary Coast, from Cairns to Tully, and the work is done at your home or workplace. Paint correction and ceramic coating are the exception: those are done at the workshop, 61 Ryan Street, Innisfail, because a coating needs a controlled, dust-free space to cure in.
Do you need power and water?
Yes, both, and they are not optional. A standard power point and a tap at the property. The van does not carry water, so if there is no tap the job cannot be done that day.
How long does a detail take?
A maintenance detail runs two to three hours. A full detail is most of a day. Paint correction with a ceramic coating is one to two full days depending on the vehicle.
What happens if it rains?
This is Far North Queensland, so wet days are planned around. Undercover space at your place is ideal. If there is none, you can bring the car to the workshop at 61 Ryan Street, Innisfail instead. Local to Innisfail, we will run you home and collect you when it is done. From further out that is too far to be practical, so you would need someone to drop you off.
How long does a ceramic coating last?
The coating is rated at five years, and needs an annual maintenance wash to hold that rating. A three-year coating is available if you would rather spend less.
How do I pay?
Card, cash or bank transfer on completion. Every booking takes a deposit to hold the day.
